Inquiry Menu

The Inquiry menu provides comprehensive shipping inquiry, into open shipping or manifest history, with detailed drill down into individual package contents.  It also includes a receiving inquiry program for a quick view of receiving in progress.  Also included are links to the core module inquiry programs: Customer, Vendor, Invoice History, Purchase Order History, and Inventory Inquiry (you must have the associated modules installed).  An additional bonus is the Digital Graphical Inquiry program, which allows you to create unlimited file browse / search / list informational display screens.

D/S Inquiry Menu programs

Shipping Inquiry Shipping Inquiry can search the current or history shipping data files and display detailed information for any:
  • Manifest, by Manifest number, Pickup Date & Time, FOB Point & Pickup Date & Time, Pickup Record number, Carrier & Ship Via, Truck ID number.
  • Shipment, by Shipment Number, Ship Date, Sales Order number, S/O Invoice number, Manual Shipment number, Ship Via, or Customer number.
  • Package, by Package ID number, Tracking number, Customer number.
  • Item shipped, by Inventory, Miscellaneous, or Special Item number.
Upload History Inquiry can display data retrieved from UPS PLD upload data files, display and print it in human readable format.  You can display an entire upload file, or search for specific tracking numbers or consignees.
Receiving Inquiry can display data from current or history receiving activity.
MAS 90 • MAS 200® Inquiries Convenient links are included for standard Vendor, Customer, Invoice History, Purchase Order, or Inventory Inquiry (requires these respective MAS 90 • MAS 200® modules to be installed).
Digital Graphical Inquiry This unique inquiry program allows you to create unlimited file browse / search / list informational display screens.  It uses the Digital Search and List Engine, comes pre loaded with a variety of inquiry displays, and also works perfectly in the character only environment of MAS90® levels 3.2x and below.
