Distribution Service Reports menu The Reports menu contains two shipping history reports, print programs for standard and hundredweight rate tables, zone charts, and a Manifest History Reprint program.  All D/S data files are defined in the Report Master Data Dictionary as well as the ODBC (Crystal Reports) dictionary, so that you can create any custom report you require. D/S Reports Menu Programs Shipping History Report prints your shipping history by Package ID number, with selections by:  Shipment No.;  Package ID No.; Tracking ID No.; Customer No.; Shipping Code; Ship Date; and/or FOB Point. Customer Shipping History prints your shipping history by Customer number and Package ID number, with selections by: Customer No.; Shipment No.; Tracking ID No.; Shipping Code; Ship Date; and/or FOB Point. Customer Shipping Prefs Report prints Customer Shipping Preferences. Rate Table Report prints the single package rate charts. Hundredweight Rate Report prints the shipment rate charts. Zone Chart Report prints the zip-to-zone conversion tables. Manifest History Reprint reprints any previously updated shipping manifest.  Includes the ability to recreate a UPS PLD upload file.
